Surrender to the flavors and aromas of Sardinia, taste the dishes of our land prepared with natural and organic raw materials from our territory. Each month, based on the gifts that the Earth offers, we create a series of dishes that recall the Sardinian tradition revisited by the skilled hands of our Chef Mirco Piana. Once seated at the table, you will begin a journey through the flavors of our land, thanks to a selection of natural and organic raw materials coming exclusively from our territory. Each dish encompasses passion, commitment and wise gastronomic culture. The result expresses all the value, among ancient flavors cooked with love.

Tours in the vineyard

Giri in vigna - Petra Bianca - Tenuta Agricola Biologica

Upon reservation, you can book a vineyard tour with Mr. Comini, owner of Petra Bianca. Forty-five minutes immersed in the beauty of the rows of vines and the green landscape, to discover all that goes into each and every glass of wine. At the end of the visit, guests can quietly taste a selection of our labels, paired with a platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses prepared by our Chef. A sensory journey, amidst the aromas and scents of Sardinia.
