Each month, based on the gifts that the Earth offers, we create a series of dishes that recall the Sardinian tradition revisited by the skilled hands of our Chef. Once seated at the table, you will begin a journey through the flavors of our land, thanks to a selection of natural and organic raw materials coming exclusively from our territory. Each dish encompasses passion, commitment and wise gastronomic culture. The result expresses all the value, among ancient flavors cooked with love.

Tours in the vineyard

By reservation, it is possible to organize a vineyard tour with Mr. Comini, owner of Petra Bianca. 45 minutes immersed in the beauty of the vines and the green landscape, to discover everything that is contained in every single glass of wine. At the end of the tour, guests can calmly taste a selection of our labels, paired with a platter of typical cured meats and cheeses prepared by our Chef. A sensory journey, through the scents and flavors of Sardinia.
